Wellness sessions are fully customized movement experiences with hands-on techniques, when appropriate, designed around your goals, your body, and your lifestyle. Whether you’re looking for a stronger core, more ease and flexibility, better posture and balance, or improved performance for daily life, work demands, or cross-training, we build a plan that feels both intentional and sustainable.
Sessions may include Pilates, yoga, dance-based conditioning, or a thoughtful blend of all three—depending on your preferences and what supports you best.
Pilates
Pilates sessions are offered on the mat and/or the Balanced Body® Pilates Reformer, providing a personalized and supportive environment for every client. Each session is thoughtfully tailored to your individual needs, whether you’re building a foundation, recovering from injury, or enhancing overall performance.
With a focus on core strength, control, alignment, and precision, sessions are designed to restore balance in the body while improving stability and mobility. Emphasis is placed on quality of movement, helping you develop greater body awareness and coordination with every exercise.
The work extends beyond the studio—supporting improved posture, injury prevention, and more efficient movement patterns that carry into everyday life. The result is a stronger, more aligned body that moves with ease and confidence.
Yoga
Private yoga sessions integrate physical therapy–informed postures and movement with optional hands-on adjustments, breathwork, and mind-body practices. The style is a supportive blend of hatha, vinyasa, and restorative, grounded in anatomy, biomechanics, and imagery/visualization to help you move with more steadiness, ease, and presence.
In today’s fast-paced, demanding world, this individualized approach offers space to recalibrate—helping you move with greater steadiness, ease, and presence. Over time, you’ll develop improved mobility, resilience, and a deeper sense of balance that carries into your daily life.
